Maintenance Technician | Leitrim Our well-established Manufacturing company client are seeking to add a Maintenance Technician to their team in Co. Leitrim . This process-focussed role will see you support automated production in a fast-paced environment. Base Pay: Very Competitive (+35% shift premium. Shift: 4-Cycle Rolling. Benefits: Pension. Life Assurance. 27 days hols. Responsibilities of the job: Improve and develop existing process design to optimize process. Drive yield improvement through preventative and corrective maintenance. Calibration of equipment and machines. Involvement in equipment installation. Using PLC programme to Diagnose and repair technical faults. What we would like you to have: Diploma in Industrial Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Senior Trades. 2+ years high volume manufacturing experience. Strong knowledge of special purpose equipment and pick & place systems. Working knowledge of PLC programming & troubleshooting. Experience with pneumatics and actuators. Knowledge of AC & DC motor and controllers.
