Executive Chef required for an award-winning luxury 4 Star Failte Ireland hotel. Situated overlooking the River Shannon, The Hotel provides luxurious accommodation and a range of dining options in 3 Food and Beverage outlets including Bar and Restaurant. The hotel has a range of excellent conference facilities and the region's finest banqueting and wedding service. We are currently seeking an Executive Chef to lead our existing culinary operation to the next level. Successful candidate will lead a diverse F&B operation that includes banqueting, Lunch & Evening restaurant, Cafe. Passion for culinary excellence, knowledge of food trends, proven experience in quality operation. The Executive Chef will be responsible for the overall operation and coordination of the kitchen.
