My client, one of Ireland's industry leading food production companies is looking for a Quality Manager for their site in the West of Ireland. They have created a friendly company culture and have a promote within company policy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Quality Management function, developing and implementing improvements to the system, ensuring compliance to standards and requirements. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the production team to ensure compliance with the Quality management programme. Ensure both incoming and final products and analysed to the agreed sampling plan. Ensure all results are recorded and actioned correctly and efficiently. Action and record corrective actions promptly liaising with all departments to ensure all managers are aware of non-compliance trends and problems. Monitor complaints, non-conformance replies and trend analysis, ensuring to follow through. Manage Technical Audits, dealing with any issues that may arise from them. Manage plant hygiene. Carry out internal audits. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role - preferably within a meat production company. Minimum of a Level 6 degree. HACCP. Previous experience leading audits.
