What you need to know. You will work as a Quality Assurance Engineer for our client, a highly successful and well-established manufacturing company in Roscommon . As a Quality Assurance Engineer you will be responsible for implementing tests and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics. You will also ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs, while being cost-effective. This is a permanent job. Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities: Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction while adhering to policies and procedures. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure consistent project execution. Identify quality assurance process and suggest actions for improvement and recognise key KPIs for product quality. Manage internal audits. Oversee continuous improvement projects and collect quality data. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies. Assist in the development and progress of site Quality Metrics. Maintenance & communication of GMP standards throughout the plant. Participate in the development, validation and implementation of the manufacturing processes. What are we looking for? 3rd Level Degree in Quality Assurance or related discipline. At least 5 years’ work experience in a similar role within a medical device/manufacturing environment ideally GMP, FDA, ISO 9001, ISO 13458. Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing systems. Good communication skills and strong teamwork capabilities. Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills and proficient at multitasking.
