What you need to know. You will work as a Management Accountant for our client, a highly successful and well-established multinational medical manufacturing company in Leitrim . As the Management Accountant you will be responsible for to preparing and manage all accounting data, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position and cash flows for the plant. This is a permanent job. Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities: Maintaining the standard cost system for current and new products. New Product Costing. Develop Profitability reports on customers and products. Calculation of standards at Annual Budgets and Forecasts. Calculation of Operating Standards with Manufacturing. Advise management on costs effects and pricing on special orders. Ensuring all controls are implemented and adhered to. Capital Expenditure Reporting. Assisting in month end close of the General Ledger. Assist with the preparation of Statutory Accounts. Assist with the preparation of annual budget and forecasts. Working on Lean Projects. What are we looking for? Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA 2-3 post qualification experience with minimum of 3 years costing experience in a manufacturing company. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Experience with excel and ERP systems. Ability to work within a team and on own initiative.
